1. Ideation \ Research

Analysis of the client’s specifications to evaluate the geometry and performance needs of the custom part, running the gamut from environmental conditions, stress, vibration, and temperature. Based on findings, a preliminary design approach is developed.

2. Design \ Testing

Utilizing the preliminary design approach, a proof-of-concept part is fabricated and subjected to rigorous examination in fixtures designed to simulate end-use conditions. Iterative adjustments are made based on testing and client feedback until performance specifications are achieved. From there a manufacturing plan is built.
