Proven tough in extreme conditions

Chemical change, heat, moisture, vibration or a combination of all factors test the limits of any product. Meeting those challenges factory-side to perform the ultimate in transport, industrial and manufacturing environments sets Seals-it apart and has for 30 years.

Why Seals-It

Made in America manufacturing for over 30 years.

Specializing in high-performance rubber-to-metal bonded seals and grommets, we design our products to withstand the harshest environments. Our corner of market is sky’s the limit with a vast portfolio of industries in aerospace, agriculture, aviation, construction, industrial, medical, robotics, road, transportation and mining. We work with best-in-class distributors and value our partnerships. Their critical input allows us to create the best product and solution for them.

Our Story

Seals-It was started in 1993 when Stan Maczak saw the opportunity to custom engineer rubber seals and gaskets bonded to metal for an aerospace customer. By utilizing the tooling expertise of sister company, Allyn Tool, Seals-It was able to engineer, design, test and manufacture parts entirely in-house. While other companies were cutting costs (and increasing lead times) by sending manufacturing overseas, we found our niche in Ellington, CT.

Our mission is to always serve the industry, and go the extra mile through vigorous testing and modeling. That sets us apart and our clients think so too.

Industry Confidential

Creating specifically for individual client needs is not only the strength of our brand but we take the responsibility of fitting the proverbial square peg to the round hole seriously. Take a tour through a case study project development on the factory floor to see how we work. We invite you to stop by or connect with us to see how we can develop the right fittings to help your operations.

NASCAR is just one of the industries to catapult innovations in road safety. These technologies are passed down in the production of consumer vehicles. The industry continues to benefit from the skilled engineers that continually develop patents, many of which are in the products we sell. We proudly stand by them 100%.
